Hicks Farm Pastures is a 4th generation farm family who believes in working together, eating together, and sharing with friends. We thought it was time to bring that to the community. So here we are.
Our Beef business came first. We started with one Hereford from a local family, learned to breed, and away we went. Next came the pork. We have a famous sausage recipe from our grandmother that seems to keep people coming back for more!
